What each screen is for

CiteAgentic is organised around one loop: find the buyer questions you lose in AI answers, understand why you lose them, fix it, and prove the fix moved something. Each surface owns one stage of that loop.

What are the four areas of CiteAgentic?

The four areas are Overview, Discover, Improve and Authority. They are stages of one job, not separate products, and the left rail follows that order deliberately.

AreaAnswersWhere it lives
OverviewWhere do I stand, and what is the single most valuable thing to do next?Dashboard
DiscoverWhich buyer questions matter, who wins them today, and what do buyers actually care about?Prompts, Topics, Buyers, Competitors
ImproveWhat do I change, in what order, and did it work?Recommendations, Site Audit, Pages
AuthorityWhich independent sources do AI engines trust, and am I present in them?Sources, Authority Map

What else is in the product?

Four surfaces sit outside the visibility loop: Content Studio, Plan, SEO and Reporting.

  • Content Studio — turns a visibility gap into a draft. Ideas, a content audit, and a calendar that publishes on a schedule through a connected channel.
  • Plan — the work queue. Tasks grouped by how often they recur, not by an invented phase.
  • SEO — classic search performance: dashboard, keywords, local (when the site is local), competitor compare, and reports. Separate from AI visibility on purpose, because the two are measured differently.
  • Reporting — Report Studio, currently behind a beta flag you can enable in Account → Beta features.

What is the difference between AI visibility and audit score?

AI visibility measures whether AI answers actually mention you; audit score measures whether your pages are able to be cited. One is an outcome, the other is readiness, and a perfect audit score does not guarantee a citation.

AI visibility is the share of AI answers that mention, recommend or cite you. It is measured by asking real engines real buyer questions and reading what comes back.

Audit score is how ready your pages are to be cited — structure, evidence, accessibility to AI crawlers. It is measured by reading your site.

A perfect audit score does not guarantee a citation. On-page work improves your eligibility; independent third-party corroboration improves the likelihood. The product keeps them apart because collapsing them into one number would let a page look finished when nothing about the outcome had changed.

Where are the detailed guides for each screen?

Detailed guides for individual surfaces are being written. In the meantime, the resource library covers the underlying concepts — how AI engines choose sources, what makes a page citable, and how scoring works.
