What is CiteAgentic?

CiteAgentic is an answer engine optimization (AEO) platform that tracks, fixes, and proves a brand's visibility across AI search engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Grok, and Copilot. It audits why competitors get cited instead of you, writes paste-ready AI fix prompts, drafts the missing content, and re-scans to prove the visibility moved.

Why we exist

Three observations made this product inevitable:

  1. Buyers ask AI assistants questions before they Google anything. Half of "best CRM" research is ChatGPT-first now. SEO tools measure something that's losing distribution share month over month.
  2. AEO monitoring tools all stop at advisory. They tell you what's broken. They don't help you fix it. The expensive engineering remains 100% on the customer.
  3. AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) make 90% of the fixes 10× cheaper than they were 18 months ago - but only if you can hand them a prompt with full context. So we ship the prompt.

That's the product, distilled. Track AEO continuously. When something's wrong, hand the user the prompt that fixes it. Repeat.

Who's behind CiteAgentic

Kapil Arora — Founder. Kapil is the founder of CiteAgentic, an AI Search Visibility platform that helps businesses understand, improve and monitor how they appear across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and other answer engines. With more than 21 years of experience spanning digital transformation, content management and AI automation, Kapil has worked with businesses to solve complex operational and growth challenges through technology.

Over the past two decades he has delivered consulting, software and digital transformation projects across multiple industries, working with organisations including Breville, Qantas, Woolworths, Telstra, Vodafone and JB Hi-Fi. These engagements gave him firsthand insight into how large organisations adopt technology, optimise customer acquisition and adapt to evolving digital channels.

His background combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of customer acquisition, AI search visibility and user experience. Over the past several years he has focused on the evolution of AI-powered search — answer engine optimisation (AEO), entity authority, citation strategies, and the changing relationship between traditional SEO and AI discovery. As an active builder and product founder, Kapil leans on modern AI-assisted development workflows and automation to rapidly design, validate and scale software products, centred on helping organisations adapt to the next generation of search and digital visibility.

What's coming

Agency services - coming Q3. Done-for-you content shipping for Pro+ customers who want CiteAgentic operators to take the recommended fix prompts and ship the content for them.

Startup directory - coming Q4. A public listings hub where customers publish their brand, browse peers by category, and the directory itself becomes a community channel.

Both are post-launch. Right now the priority is making the existing scans precise.
