Can I really use the free tier forever?
Yes. You'll hit ceilings (one brand, five prompts, one engine, manual cadence) but nothing expires. Free is genuinely free.
Why no one-time-pay tier like LaunchRecord?
AEO is a continuous-monitoring problem, not a one-shot audit. Brand visibility moves week to week as competitors publish, AI engines refresh, and your own team ships. A one-time scan answers the wrong question for this product. Free tier covers the one-time use case.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic ($29/mo, or $24/mo annually) covers 3 brands, 50 prompts each, and 5 engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, Claude) with daily tracking and paste-ready AI fix prompts. Pro ($89/mo, or $82/mo annually) adds the other two engines (Copilot + Google AI Mode), 10 brands, 150 prompts each, 15 competitors, 20 content drafts a month, 180-day history, and the REST API.
What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Team is for agencies and multi-brand teams: everything in Pro plus more brands and prompts, unlimited competitors and content drafts, more collaborator seats, white-label client reporting, a multi-brand portfolio view, and priority support. Team is $199/mo monthly or $166/mo annually.
Do I need an OpenAI / Anthropic key?
No - we run the AI engines on our infrastructure with our keys. The "fix prompt" you copy is meant for your own AI workflow (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) where you do the work. Bring your own key for that step.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes - annual billing saves up to 17% (roughly two months free on Pro). Annual is the default on the toggle above; switch to Monthly if you'd rather pay month to month.
