How does the free trial work?
Paid trials require a card. Review the trial duration, included allowances and renewal amount at checkout, and cancel before the trial ends if you do not want a charge. Ongoing usage remains subject to the selected plan limits.
Can I explore without a paid plan?
Yes. You can create an account for a limited free visibility preview. Ongoing monitoring, engine coverage and usage depend on your plan. The free preview and a paid-plan trial are different options.
How do I choose a plan?
Start with the number of brands, markets and buyer questions you need to track. Then compare included engines, scan frequency, audit allowances, AI credits and history. Expand the feature list on each card to check the current inclusions before choosing.
Are engines and prompt allowances the same on every plan?
No. The cards show the current engine coverage, prompt and site limits and other included allowances. A larger prompt list may need a different plan; generating questions with a free tool does not automatically add monitoring capacity.
How do monthly and annual billing compare?
Use the toggle to compare billing periods. Annual cards show a monthly equivalent and the total billed for the year; monthly cards show the monthly charge. Check the billing currency, applicable taxes and final renewal terms at checkout.
Do I need an AI provider API key?
You do not need to supply a provider key to run included product scans. Applying a copied fix prompt in another AI or coding tool uses that tool and its own account or subscription.
Are managed services included in the software price?
Managed research, implementation and content services are scoped separately. Use the Services page or contact us with your website and priorities for an agreed scope.
